- Assist customer on the product and services.
- Resolve customer problem and complaints appropriately and promptly.
- Assist customer in online platform, social media and WhatsApp.
- Record on daily and monthly report cases.

**What you need to have**:

- Able to be flexible and adapt.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, words
