About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at Agensi Pekerjaan Brandt Global Search Sdn Bhd in Ampang, Selangor. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers, providing them with exceptional support and ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling inbound calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely responses to their inquiries and concerns
  • Serving as a knowledgeable and courteous representative of the company, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer interactions and resolving issues within established service-level agreements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address complex customer requests and escalate issues when necessary
  • Actively participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your customer service skills
  • Maintaining detailed records and generating reports to support the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide empathetic support to customers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • A passionate and enthusiastic approach to providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing customer needs

  • Basic Salary from RM2,200- RM2,800 (based on relevant working experience) and Fixed attendance allowance RM200

  • Working Location: Ampang Jaya, Jalan Kolam Air Lama. (Near Ampang Puteri Hospital / Behind Ampang Point)
  • Working Hours: Rotation Shifts, Monday – Sunday (5 working days & 2 rotational off (8.00am - 5.00pm, 8.30am - 5.30pm, 9.00 am - 6.00pm, 10.00 am - 7.00pm, 11.00am - 8.00pm, 12.00 pm- 9.00 pm)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
