What we want from you:

  • Answering inbound call.
  • Assist customer on the product and services.
  • Resolve customer problem and complaints appropriately and promptly.
  • Assist customer in online platform, social media and WhatsApp.
  • Record on daily and monthly report cases.

What you need to have:

  • Able to be flexible and adapt.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, words
