Key Responsibilities
- Driving Luxasia’s strategic brands’ performance on online marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee, 11street, Redmart and Qoo10
- Cope with P&L of business, budgeting, negotiating & implementing marketing campaigns on various marketplaces
- Demand planning & forecasting using tools and data analytics
- Managing the relationship with the brand principals & building the business roadmap
- Analysing data and trends to identify efficient ways to maximize revenue and margins
- Data reporting and presentation for key brand stakeholders
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse and visual merchandizing teams
- Developing processes and tools to improve scalability across the different markets

**Requirements**:
Education/Experience
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in business-related fields and equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations
- Have at least three (3) years’ proven experience in E-Commerce or digital marketing in an FMCG setting or with an E-Commerce provider

Skills Required
- Strong analytical, consulting, and business planning/development skills
- Excellent presentation skills to engage and meet the needs of various audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to effectively address any issue in collaboration with teams as appropriate
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and prioritize responsibilities.
