We are looking for a lawyer to support our rapidly growing e-commerce teams. You will have experience advising digital platforms, in particular e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces, understand how the law is developing to regulate them, and have the versatility to advise across a broad range of commercial work streams. You will support a diverse range of initiatives across cross-functional and multi-jurisdictional teams to support the TikTok e-commerce teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and advise on consumer disclosures, policies, and terms and conditions applicable to our sellers, users, and partners
- Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts (including collaboration, incentive, service agreements etc) with sellers, creators, enablers, and other third parties in the e-commerce ecosystem
- Take charge of document management and improvement of internal legal processes and functions, including precedent and template management.
- Conduct contracts and legal process trainings for business stakeholders
- Review, draft and negotiate regional service contracts with third party logistics vendors and partners
- Support regional procurement deals associated with a logistics network
- Monitor and advise on relevant legislative developments, key trends, risks and regulatory developments in logistics
- Assist with legal advice on a broad range of e-commerce legal issues
- Engage, instruct, and manage external counsel as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Laws' degree
- Knowledge of and familiarity with laws as it applies to platform providers, e-commerce platforms and logistics platforms
- Solid experience in drafting and negotiation of agreements across e-commerce and logistics industries
- Experience in platform liability, intellectual property, consumer protection, regulatory and compliance schemes applicable to new technology, e-commerce, and logistics products and customer/third party agreements
- Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently on many different projects at once in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in an international team
- Full proficiency in English is a must, and proficiency in any other Southeast Asian language will be an advantage.
