- Controlling and directing food preparation (mise en place), ensuring quality, freshness, and promptness of dishes
- Approving and polishing dishes before they reach the customer
- Prepare maintenance checklist and follow-up schedules to ensure smooth operation and maximised operation life of the equipment
- Implementing hygiene policies and examining equipment for cleanliness
- Supervising and reviewing team members to meet service, operational, and financial objectives
- Hiring and training kitchen staff
- Cost Calculation and Management
- Stock Management and Purchasing
- Plan new menus and promotions
**Requirements**:

- At least Degree in the field of Culinary Arts, Food Management, Food Science, Food Management, Food Technology or other relevant courses.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills are required.
- Required language(s): English
- Preferably 3 -10 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proven working experience as a Head Chef
- Deep knowledge of the food industry and trends.

**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
