We are looking for a Retail Sales Associate to assist in sales execution and also enhance the overall customer experience.
- Responsible for customer overall experience.
- To perform sales activities & promote products professionally with walk-in and call-in customers.
- To resolve any customer complaints.
- To prepare car templates as and when required according to SOP.
- To perform a car mat installation for customers.
- To maintain excellent inventory control.
- To do a daily settlement for different payment methods.
- To prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- To perform daily retail operations.
- To perform any other task or project assigned.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
