To assist in preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Logistic & Access Control process
- Work with other departments or tenants to assist and ensure a smooth and efficient flow of their loading activities as planning.
- Direct and ensure the smooth flow of operations at the Access Control.
- Manage documentation and filing system for Access Control.
- Assist to schedule and delegate Access Control employee work assignment to meet organizational performance standards.
- Oversee day to day of existing systems, distribution and tracking of controlled access cards and maintain an inventory control database for controlled access cards including blanks that are issued and purchased, receive and complete controlled access card request; collaborate and support tenancy and other operational departmental initiatives and strategic plans.
- Assist in the implementation and operational requirements of controlled access programs.
- All potential and real hazards (accident, incident & near miss) in the line of work is to be handled and reported immediately to the respective department.
- Communicate with other departments or tenants on the Logistic & Access Control matters that need their concern.
- Prioritize and execute tasks as instructed or with initiative effectively.
- Assist in the management as system USER, maintaining access card inventory and record keeping.
- Use judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes.
- Conduct meetings or briefings to effectively communicate values, strategies, and objectives and assign accountabilities, plan, monitor and appraisal job results, develop a climate for offering information and opinions.
- Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and request specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, create / track the project schedule, scope and budget.
- Coordinate with other departments for the daily monitoring and response related to Logistic & Access Control matters.
- Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.
- Proper record keeping and reporting in compliance to company policy.
- Work with Security Department in handling security issues as and when required.
- Responsible for lift & RFID access cards & access systems, includes issuing cards, cancel or replacement card, maintaining data for access card stock records and dealing / discuss with engineering if system / lift error.
- Ensure user know how to use access card and lift keypad panel.
- Any other duties that may assigned to you from time to time by the Management.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
