**Job Title**: Logistic Admin Assistant
**Location**: Taman Desa
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Job Summary**:
The Logistic Admin Assistant will also manage F&B inventory levels, track shipments, and handle any logistics-related issues that may arise.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in coordinating the transportation of food and beverage products from suppliers to distribution centers and outlets.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery schedules.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents, invoices, and other logistics-related paperwork.
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Track shipments and update relevant stakeholders on delivery status and any delays.
- Assist in conducting regular inspections of incoming shipments to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the logistics area, including storage facilities and shipping/receiving areas.
- Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in analyzing logistics data and preparing reports to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the logistics manager or supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in logistics or supply chain management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
