**Job function**:
1. Prepare margin analysis with write-ups and review with operations for improvement action.
BOM vs actual cost comparison, cost simulation, breakeven sales analysis for better proposal to management and negotiation with customers.
2. Conduct monthly cycle count and year end physical inventory for inventory control.
3. Monitor and review the inventory aging, such as slow and moving stock, EOL, etc. and turnover days with planning for risk assessment and provision when deem necessary.
4. System audit on job and material transactions for costing accuracy.
5. Review BOM versus actual cost to evaluate the actual cost against the planned cost with analysis
6. Handle the yearly or periodic costing review and revision for costing rate and costing activities
7. Provide scrap report, stock adjustment and job efficiency report to operations for their tracking and monitoring
8. Prepare P&L gap analysis to compare actual performance against budget to verify with all departments
9. Verify all costing saving projects with all departments
10. Prepare and assess the transfer pricing to ensure all related transaction at arm’s length price.
11. Prepare the breakeven analysis for operation to monitor the cost

**Academic**:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in related field. Prefer finance background

**Experience**:
1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff, good team player.
2. Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail orientated.
3. Confident and Assertive.
4. Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office, excellent command in Excel, data processing skill is highly preferable.
6. Preferable with Knowledge of ERP system.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
