1. Follow up closely on customer enquiries, complaints issues, pending delivery, quotation, test results of pre-shipment and new samples, and repeating orders.
2. To liaise with forwarding/shipping agents and warehouse pertaining to delivery of export goods and preparation of shipping documents, fumigation, insurance and certificate of origin
3. To review shipping documents and letter of credit for export business
4. To plan and arrange delivery goods to customer
5. To monitor customer consumption and perform stock planning
6. Perform administration work, prepare and process purchase requisition, quotation, sales order, delivery order. To ensure all documentation are kept in order
7. Participate in sales campaigns, exhibition, project, advertising materials and distribution planning
8. Coordinate with sales staff to solve customer problems
10. To obtain customer satisfaction feedback
11. Ensure prompt collection payment from customers
12. To coordinate replacement for goods return, credit note and sample requisition form
13. To support on administrative matters assign by General Manager

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
