**Job Description:

Global Service & Parts (GSP) is responsible for the worldwide Service & Parts business of the Mercedes-Benz Group.

The newly established entity, Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Asia Pacific, will be part of the global Mercedes-Benz Group After-Sales supply chain network, covering the regional distribution hub, regional Asia Pacific functions and the center of competence supply chain steering Asia Pacific. The future Regional Logistics Centre is currently under construction and will start operations in 2023. The future Regional Logistics Centre (RLC) in Senai (Johor Bahru) will be a key facility in the global GSP Parts Logistics Network and will serve as a distribution site for spare parts to 24 countries in the Asia Pacific region. It will take care of the importation, the storage as well as the regional management of spare part and accessories distribution.

**Your tasks & responsibilities:
Project Management:

- To lead/organize relevant project meetings.
- To perform status monitoring (timeline, milestones, open topics, etc.) and steering of tasks in respective work packages.
- To perform and improve integrated project control to safeguard the milestones, timelines, budget etc.
- To safeguard the risk matrix including performing risk management procedures and risk analysis with the experts.
- To identify and alert work packages interdependencies and critical paths.
- To provide rollout and go-live support.

Planning and Controlling:

- To perform budget control together with the Controlling team including monitoring of budget.
- To perform target-oriented controlling of the project and tasks tracking.
- To highlight/alert potential deviations regarding aligned processes and escalate to the responsible party.
- To ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- To assist the Project lead in reporting to Senior Management.

Documentations:

- To keep all documents up to date (timelines, milestones plan, org chart, etc.).
- To follow up with meeting minutes and critical topics.
- To enhance and update project management tools

Interfaces:

- Coordination of the interfaces between project leads/groups, GSP/ODW, DSEA, MBM, DPTS, FMS and MBRE.
- Interact closely with project group members to ensure the project on track.

**Qualifikationen**:
**Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in Logistics planning and coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong capability in verbal and written command of English across a geographically dispersed audience.
- Highly motivated and able to work in a team, good teamwork spirit.
- Self-directed with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation (preparation and delivery) skills.
- Expert facilitation and project management skills.
