**Job Summary**

As a Telesales Representative for our property projects, your job is to chat with people on the phone and help them buy our cool real estate. You'll be a big part of making our projects successful by talking to potential clients, sharing project info, and making deals happen.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Find Interested People:_

- Use project info and simple talk to catch their interest.
- 2. Know the Projects:_
- Learn what's great about our projects - prices, cool stuff - and share that in a friendly way.
- Make people excited about our projects.
- 3. Talk to Clients:_
- Make friends with clients through calls and help with their questions.
- Listen to what they want and fix any worries.
- 4. Sell the Projects:_
- Make easy, convincing pitches for each project.
- Get clients excited and ready to take the next steps.
- 5. Set Up Appointments:_
- Plan times for clients to see our projects or talk to our team.
- Make sure everything is ready for a smooth experience.
- 6. Close the Deals:_
- Work to meet sales goals and close deals with interested clients.
- Make sure clients are happy with the terms.
- 7. Keep Records:_
- Write down client details and keep track of sales using our computer system.
- 8. Teamwork:_
- Work closely with our team to keep things running smoothly.
- Share ideas to make things even better.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
