Job Overview:
As a HR Intern focusing on Talent Acquisition and Development, you will play a role in supporting our Talent Acquisition and Development team. You will assist in various activities related to recruitment, and employee development. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the field of HR and talent management, allowing you to develop essential skills and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.

2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

3. Conduct research and assist in creating job descriptions and interview guides.

5. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.

6. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and organizing new hire documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.

7. Assist in maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system and other HR databases.

Talent Development

1. Support the coordination of training and development programs, including logistics, materials preparation, and participant communication.

2. Assist in the design and development of training materials, including presentations, handouts, e-learning modules, and other instructional resources if required

4. Support the coordination and logistics of training programs, including scheduling sessions, booking venues, academy set up and ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available.

5. Help in the delivery of training programs, both in-person and virtually, by setting up training rooms, managing participant attendance, and providing technical support as needed.

6. Contribute to the evaluation of training programs through the collection and analysis of feedback surveys and assessment results.

7. Assist in maintaining and updating the training records database.

8. Support the creation and distribution of training communications and promotional materials.

9. Assist in researching and implementing best practices in training and development.

*Support any other HR initiative required by supervisor

Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any field

2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and employee development.

3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month
