**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies**:Create and execute sales enablement plans that align with Health North Star strategies.

**Training and Development**: Design and ensure Agency Learning & Development Team / Partnership Distribution Training & Development Team deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the distribution, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.

**Sales Tools Management**: Create, implement and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline the health sales process and improve efficiency. **Performance Management**:Monitor, evaluate and support the distributions on the health sales performance against targets. Recognize and reward high-performing individuals to motivate them focus on health sales.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in any fields.

**Experience**

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.

**Knowledge**
- Strong leadership capabilities that can lead, influence and motivate to create a high performing team.
- Strong strategic and forward-thinking skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills with ability to communicate with senior management team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to connect the dots.
- Has a good command of written and spoken English.
- Self-motivated and able to work under minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate high willingness to learn and go beyond status quo.
- Works well under pressure, and a good team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel.
