**Job description**

We are looking for a customer service representative. A online customer service will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide fast & efficient services to customer.
- Proactive & Creative to communicate with customer.
- Fulfil and support internal and external customers’ orders.
- Follow up with customers’ orders status.
- Provide customer support; attend to their inquiries and provide assistance as and when necessary.
- Continuously seek alternative solutions and value-add processes to enhance ongoing services to Customers.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Be a strong advocate for our brand and product, interact and build a community of loyal customers.
- Perform other administrative duties pertaining to all marketing and sales activities.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

**Skills**
- High school certification, University Diploma/ Degree.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce and Customer Service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, good command of English & Bahasa.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Well organised and good time management skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
