Job description:

- Handle customers enquiry from different sales channels and attend to customer professionally.
- Require to answer enquiry after working hours.
- Maintain good relationships with customer and ensure repeat customer.
- Perform after sales service and follow up for purchased customer.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns quickly.
- Follow with membership registration from all sales channels.
- Update on require sales report from time to time.
- Resolving customer service problems and improving service methods to increase the service’s productivity and customer service.
- Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.
- Maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders.
- Provide relevant feedback from time to time for continuous improvement.
- Perform other relevant administrative task : key orders, update customer profile, send customer tracking, blasting of marketing material.
- Meet sales target given.

Requirement:

- Must have at least 1 year or more experience in telemarketing Girls preferred Education.
- SPM graduate or above Can perform tasks independently or with mínimal supervision
- Have basic computer skills, such as: Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- Proficiency in listening, speaking and writing in Chinese and English Good communication, follow-up and sales skills Self-discipline and have a positive, proactive and progressive

**Benefits**:

- Salary: RM 3,000 - RM 7,000 (basic salary + commission)
- 3 days work from office & 2 days work from home

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
