Customer Service Executive

A leading Third party administrator in Medical Healthcare Industry is seeking an experienced **Customer Service Executive** specializing in handling **Guarantee Letter** Issuance.
As a **Customer Service Executive**, you will play a role in:
- Process guarantee letter requests promptly and accurately.
- Verify customer information to ensure the issuance of correct and reliable guarantee letters.
- communicate with customers and hospital to gather necessary information and resolve any inquiries related to guarantee letters.
**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:
- Malaysian with age below 35 years old
- Posses at least Diploma in any related healthcare/medical field
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to understanding doctor's diagnosis/writing
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in guarantee letter issuance or a related field
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
