Customer Service Assistant/executive

The **Customer Service Assistant or Executive,** whether on the Front Line or in the Back End, plays a pivotal role in our Courier Service. This individual collaborates closely with the Operations and Sales departments, ensuring a seamless flow of customer service information in response to customer inquiries and complaints.
**Key Activities/Accountabilities**:
- **Data Accuracy**: Accurately enter customers’ shipment bookings into the system, ensuring all data entry is precise and complete.
- **Operational Coordination**: Liaise with Operations to provide customers with status updates on their shipment inquiries or complaints.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Follow up with agents daily to obtain shipment status updates.
- **Consignment Management**: Manage all local outstanding undelivered consignments (Undel) and arrange redelivery with the consignee.
- **Performance Reporting**: Prepare and submit KPI reports to customers as required.
- **Customer Experience Improvement**: Work with other functions to enhance the overall customer experience.
- **Additional Responsibilities**: Undertake any other related tasks assigned by the company from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
- **Education**: Diploma in any field.
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
