A leading Third party administrator in Medical Industry is seeking an experienced **Customer Service Executive** specializing in **Guarantee Letter** Issuance.

As a **Customer Service Executive (Guarantee Letter)**, you will play a role in:

- Process guarantee letter requests promptly and accurately.
- Verify customer information to ensure the issuance of correct and reliable guarantee letters.
- communicate with customers and hospital to gather necessary information and resolve any inquiries related to guarantee letters.

**To be successful in this role, you need to have**:

- Malaysian with age below 35 years old
- Posses Diploma in any related healthcare/medical field
- Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in guarantee letter issuance or a related field
- Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shift
- Possess own transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
