Customer Service Executive

Develop and build relationships with customers and a network of contacts understand customer needs and achieve business objectives.
- To be liaison between the customer and the organization and to be the single point of contact for customer.
- Hold regular reviews with customer to discuss KPIs, issues/operation issues, customers related issues as well as customer sharing future opportunity with YCH.
- Handling customers sales enquiries and funnel to the respective sales.
- Work with customer on any change management request till closure.
- Maintain a proactive and customer-focused approach.
- Support department performance improvement and cost reduction activities
- Lead or participate in special projects.
- Assist others with workloads.
- Promote partnership across functional areas and customer groups
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service.
- Commitment in Internal or external audits
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven work experience as Customer Service Exec or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferably related experience)
- Diploma Operations Management, or related field with 5 years of experience (preferably related experience):
