Willing to travel.
- To recruit, manage and growth the team to achieve monthly/yearly sales target.
- To lead sales and marketing team to achieve company’s sales target (KPI).

Plan and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales activities towards achieving company’s sales targets within approved budget.
- To develop sales and marketing strategies and packages and feedback to Regional Head on the effectiveness.
- Constantly analyze prospect database and formulate strategies to drive sales in order to meet the sales targets.
- To prepare and analyze sales report in a timely manner to allow Regional Head keeps track on sales achievement.
- Align and operationalize the marketing and sales strategies with the team to achieve functional effectiveness and product differentiation.
- Review and comment on advertising and promotional materials to ensure that the marketing message and collaterals are aligned with the product brief.
- To analyze market trend and consumer behaviors in order to support the Management in better decision making during the product development and recommend pricing proposals of products.
- To be well verse in business plan and develop overall sales strategies to achieve the company’s sales target.
- To motivate, support and coach the sales team to enhance their career development, growth and team morale

Minimum 2 years of working experience Mainly in Property Sales Industry.- Language Required- English, Bahasa Malaysia- Nationality Preferred- Malaysians Only- Gender Preferred- All Genders- Own Transport- Car/Van**SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS**
- Salary**RM 2,000 to RM 10,000 per month**
- Other Benefit (Optional)- Sales Incentive, Sales reward, Bonus Sales Incentive, Flexible working hour and others.
