**Job description**:
**a) Payroll administration**
- Assist in monthly payroll administration to ensure salary payment is on time and accurate.
- Assist in monitoring attendance record and process.
- Assist in handling administration matters, eg: preparing HR contracts and letters
- Assist in preparing monthly reports, eg: journal tax report, general lodge report, fund requisition worksheet, labour cost report etc.
- Handling leave management to ensure all processes and records are updated timely and accurately.

**b) Performance Management**
- Oversee employee performance reviews, evaluate, measure, enhance and improve employee performance
- Conduct skills assessments to evaluate and identify current and emerging skills, competencies, and behaviors.
- Understand, track and improve the key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Provide feedback and coaching for performance improvement.
- Set clear performance expectations.
- Promote ongoing communication with employees.

**c) Industrial & Employee Relations (IR & ER)**
- Investigate and resolve disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Facilitate effective communication channels.
- Offer guidance on labor relations and labor law compliance.
- Lead industrial court dispute resolution.
- Communicate and create awareness of disciplinary policies and processes at the workplace

**Job requirements**:

- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in managing full payroll administration, IR/ER related matters and performance management
- Experience in construction industry is an added advantage.
- Meticulous, responsible person and have strong sense of urgency.
- Must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
