Technician

1. Work as a part of a team in managing the client’s facilities and assets. 2. Assist with room set-up arrangement for meeting or events including AV System testing. 3. Supervising and inspection of appointed vendors’ work such as cleaners, landscapers, vending machine suppliers, etc. 4. Carry out routine inspection around office to ensure facilities matters are in orders (e.g., pantry supplies, stationery supplies, chairs, tables, AV cablings) 5. Carry out basic repair, maintenance & troubleshooting of AV system, AC system, power sockets, electrical system, plumbing system & office furniture. 6. Escort vendors or contractor perform task around in office area including building management’s vendors. 7. Assist to attend to user’s work order or queries. 8. Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit daily schedule assigned by the Site Lead. 9. Assist in the supervision and inspection of subcontracted work. 10. Assist in doing office seasonal’s decoration & event. 11. Liaise with building management’s team on work order regarding building common area. 12. Respond to emergency call-in situations. 13. Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time
