**Responsilities**:

- To foresee all matters pertaining to Human Resource, Administrations, Financing & Purchasing.
- To ensure all daily admin operations are executed on timely basis.
- Manage & lead the team to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day operation of overall accounting & financial functions
- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and ensure compliance with
employment-related laws and regulations.
- To maintain and oversee the security matters of the office.
- Maintain proper record of all company’s assets includes any movement or transfer.
- Coordinate recruitment activities - advertisement, interview schedule and onboarding process.
- Liaise with external parties such as auditor, tax agents, bank, company secretary, lawyers, debtors, suppliers, government authorities and other statutory bodies.
- To ensure that the infrastructure & cleanliness of the company is maintained as required.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:
equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the managerial position is required for this position.
- Strong leadership and resourceful.
- Understanding of general finance, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and
employees.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQL, Quick Pay Payroll System.
- Must be willing to work in Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur.
- Full-Time position available.
- Preferably can start immediately.
