Team size: Three Accounts staff currently - One for Accounts Payable (AP), One of Accounts Receivable (AR) & One for General Ledger (GL)
Location: Wisma CKL - Sri Hartamas
1 Daily update bank balances
2 Download bank statements
3 Handle fund transfer between inter companies 2 times a week
4 Fund allocation for payment and Repo placement
5 Issue customers / interco billings
6 Handle AR related matters ie. Sending statement of accounts, collection etc
7 Periodic reporting on Sales, Aging, Collection, Inventory etc
8 Collection related reconciliation (cash, credit card, ipay 88, kiple and all types of e-payment)
9 SST/GST submission
10 Liaise with bankers and assist in banking facilities ( Loan, BA, BG, IF & FC)
11 Co-ordinate outlets cash collection bank in
12 Monthly cash flow forecast and analysis on Actual vs Forecast
13 Assist in marketing promotion
14 Assist outlets in checking online payment
15 Verify suppliers’ payments from AP Team
16 Update Monthly Sales reports
17 Update sales report for HR for incentive computation
18 Monthly closing of accounts for AR
19 Check inter company balances for monthly closing of accounts
20 Enforce internal controls related to AR
21 Any other tasks assigned by management or superior
