Account Assistant

**Job Salary: RM2500 ~ RM3500**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for management.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.
- Support the accounting team in ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is desirable but not required.
- Strong numerical and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
