Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
1. Timetable Management:
- Create and maintain the timetable for all courses.
- Coordinate with teachers to ensure class schedules are adhered to.
- Update any changes or adjustments to the timetable promptly.
2. Platform User Creation:
- Manage the creation and maintenance of user accounts on our platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date information for each user.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to user accounts.
3. Broadcast Notices:
- Draft and send out broadcast notices to students and teachers regarding important updates, announcements, or changes.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to gather information for effective communication.
4. Paperwork and Documentation:
- Handle administrative paperwork, including data entry, and document organization.
5. Teacher Support:
- Follow up teachers and provide administrative support.
- Communicate any teacher-related concerns or issues to the appropriate department.
6. General Administrative Support:
- Assist in general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation.
**Requirements**:
- SPM and above
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Detail-oriented and able to work with mínimal supervision.
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
