**Responsibilities**:

- Job Scope- Provide support and sales coordination to the sales team, including prepare invoice, delivery order, certificate of job completion.
- Manage to record customer PO in the system.
- Monitor and follow up with project manager for the job completed prepare and arrange submission of documents to customer portal. eg, certificate of completion (COC), Delivery Note (DN) and delivery Order (DO), invoice, etc.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow up and complaints.
- Liaise with project manager or sales team for outgoing deliveries or issue invoice & COC to customers.
- Dealing with customer, sales personnel and other departments for sales coordination
- To perform and other ad-hoc task as assigned by the Management.
- Assist, support and coordinate all the sales related activities and documentations.

Requirement- Diploma in Business Administration, commerce or related field
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experience as a Sales Admin or in Administration may be advantageous
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
- Basic math skills and understand of basic financial concepts
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sri Petaling.
