Admin & Operations Executive

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- To provide administration support to the Group Chairman and Superior.
- To coordinate for the monthly refreshment / food arrangement (for office’s event or training).
- Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support.
- To prepare, monitor and keep track of renewal tenancy agreement; collaboration agreement and all licenses (Government Authorities).
- Assist in dealing and liaising with service agents and government authorities.
- Ensuring all documentation concerning the business is up to date.
- To maintain an effective filing system and easy to retrieve documents when required.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts.
- Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and stock management.
- Ensure the smooth running on total operation of the ordering from the center and do make sure the delivery is on schedule.
- Support marketing administrative tasks when necessary; Center’s meeting minutes, Memo, internal notice, etc.
- Ensure stock sufficient for delivery.
- Maintain, Update SOP and record.
- Provide support to multiple divisions and perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior and the management team.
**Job Requirement**:
- 3 years and above of working experience in the Admin / Operations
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong communication skills, proactive and resourceful, good team player and organizational skills.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
