Operations Executive

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay, written and verbal.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and packing.
- Basic computer skills for order management and communication.
- Prior experience in customer service or operations roles preferred but not required.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Service**
- Answer incoming calls and respond to chat enquiries promptly.
- Assist customers with enquiries and take their cake orders efficiently.
**Order Fulfillment**
- Print order slips accurately and coordinate delivery arrangements for next day's orders.
**Packing Add-ons**
- Pack cake add-ons such as candles and cards as per customer request.
**Work Schedule**: This position follows a six-day workweek, with one off day scheduled on a weekday.
**Benefits**: Employee Provident Fund (EPF) and Social Security Organization (SOCSO) contributions will be provided as per statutory requirements.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
