Account Executive

**Job Salary: RM2500 ~ RM3500**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for inquiries and relationship management.
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provide administrative support by managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities, tracking expenses, and analyzing spending patterns.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on account status, and address any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, contracts, and other important documents.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment and supplies inventory.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Previous experience in account management, administrative support, or a similar role preferred.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
