**Housekeeping Internship**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist housekeeping staff in cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas.
- Learn and implement proper cleaning techniques and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet the hotel's quality and cleanliness standards.
- Assist in restocking housekeeping supplies and linen inventory.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Participate in housekeeping team meetings and training sessions
**Front Office Internship**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for hotel guests.
- Provide information, answer guest inquiries, and address their needs.
- Learn and utilize hotel reservation and check-in systems.
- Assist with handling payments, billing, and reconciling guest accounts.
- Participate in training sessions on guest service and hotel procedures.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure a smooth guest experience.
**Maintenance Internship**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Participate in inspections of the hotel's facilities and equipment.
- Learn to troubleshoot and repair common maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete work orders.
- Ensure safety procedures and guidelines are followed at all times.
- Participate in training sessions on equipment and facility maintenance.
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 1000 months
**Salary**: RM999.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
