Sales Executive Selangor - Glenmarie, Shah Alam

**Responsibilities**:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers and leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, online research, and attending industry events.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conducting product or service presentations, demonstrating features and benefits, and addressing customer inquiries to showcase the value proposition.
Relationship Building: Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve win-win outcomes.
Closing Deals: Bringing the sales process to a successful conclusion by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork or documentation.
Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, tracking performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilizing CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies, provide market insights, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Continuous Learning and Professional Development: Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to enhance sales effectiveness and adapt to changing market dynamics.

**Requirements**:
1. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

3. Dynamic, Independent, Results-Driven, Positive, Highly-motivated and ready to take up new challenges

4. Ability to converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Written and verbally), other languages is a plus

5. Adequate computer skills especially in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

6. Possess own car with a valid driving license

7. Willing to travel within Malaysia
