Responsible for sending & collecting of office documents (government office, local authority, supplier, bank, complex management, statutory bodies & etc(
- Responsible for sending & collecting of customer items
- Perform banking tasks such as depositing cheques
- Process utilities bills & payments
- Assist Admin Dept for upkeep office maintenance including in ad-hoc purchases of office equipment
- Ensure that all documents are delivered and received in a timely manner,

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum of SPM or equivalent
- Must possess own motorbike
- Have valid Motorbike driving license (B2)
- At least 1 year working experience in a office environment
- Good working attitude, honest and hardworking
- Punctual and efficient in managing time
