We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HR Generalist to join our human resources team. As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions and providing comprehensive HR services to employees and management. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and is passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and facilitating necessary paperwork. Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth departure.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts.
- Support performance appraisal processes by assisting managers with goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions.
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs for employees' professional development.
- Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Generate HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Collaborate on initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Assist in the implementation of HR projects, such as employee engagement surveys, HR process improvements, and organizational development initiatives.

Requirement
- At least 2 **Year(s) of working experience** in HR core functions.
- Detailed oriented and have good knowledge in HR processes.
- Good knowledge of Employment laws and regulations, including Immigration policies and practices.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
