We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

**Job Purpose**:
Design and manage services and processes to ensure implementation of facilities management strategy of logistic Gateway at airport for maximum efficiency and that the most suitable working environment is attained for its employees and their activities.

Ensure general upkeep and maintenance of buildings so that they meet regulatory standards and also the legal requirements while managing the budgets and keeping records of all payments. This includes inspecting, maintaining and repairing mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, facility operations and set up / fit out, manage office moves and janitorial duties etc.

**Your tasks**:

- Enable / Implement / Ensure Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Facilities Management (FM) services. Provide CRE FM service and support to specific business area(s) of medium scale/ complexity e.g. cluster or cross-business.
- Uses business knowledge and market data to develop solutions and establish clear priorities for actions to increase performance of the division. Plan deliverables for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
- Define project scope based on required timescales, resource and budget availability, taking into consideration project challenges and risks.
- Project planning to ensure smooth operational delivery. Manages project plans including estimates of critical path, budget and resources needed for target achievement. Monitor and respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise and deal with the escalations.
- Project definition and scope management - Prepare documents to put out tenders for contractors, Monitor project to manage, supervise and coordinate the work of contractors.
- Demonstrating financial control, manages financial performance within a project. Compare costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money. Emphasizes how costs and problems can be minimized.
- Coordinate, plan and direct essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling.
- Inspire the organization to respond positively to change, directs implementation of change programs related to facilities management.
- Adapts their own communication style, approach, level of message and choice of media as appropriate to reflect the needs of a wide variety of audiences and situations, and help their teams to do the same.
- Handles objections, challenges the points of view expressed by others, gets other people to support your views to ensure optimization of performance and legislature requirement of the facilities.
- Roll out the carbon neutral programs to increase energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint including tracking and monitoring power consumption.
- The work pattern is normal at office hours. There will be some odd hours working required in the event of emergencies.

**Your profile**:

- Relevant University Degree (Equivalent certification) in Mechanical and Electrical Engineer
- With strong background and network in Real Estate related discipline (such as Architecture, Civil Engineering), Real Estate Development and Management is most preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant main relevant experience in Facilities Management and or Mechanical & Mechanical for the Logistic Gateway set up at the airport area.
- Having knowledge in Commercial/ Corporate Real Estate experience (Developer, Property Leasing Agencies, Brokers, large corporations In-House Real Estate Special
