- JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- To handle all general administrative work.
- Assist in handling complaints from residents.
- To coordinate and liaise with Account Executive on all Accounts and Administrative aspects.
- To send reminders to defaulters and ensure adequate followup calls are made to recover all arrears due to the management.
- Receive daily payments and issuance of official receipts.
- To receive, update and keep proper records of all payments and deposits collected.
- To maintain proper owners' database and update it when necessary.
- To ensure the notice board is updated.
- Prepare daily collection reports.
- Check security and cleaner attendance.
- Prepare purchase orders when required.
- Organize and schedule the meetings and events.
- In charge of Annual AGM preparation and documentation.
- Able to handle any adhoc and related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Prepare general notices.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1year related experience.
- Working experience in JMB/Property Management is an advantage.
- Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable/receivable.
- Proficient in speaking and writing in English and Malay.
- Possess good communication and problemsolving skills.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently.
- Hardworking, committed, and responsible
- Ability to multitask and teamwork.
- Preferably able to join 1st October 2023.
- Salary: RM 2,000.00RM 2,200.00
