At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Computer literate such as Microsoft Office and experience in administrative will also be considered. - Required skill(s): accounting, customer service - Preferably Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent. - Self-motivated, able to work independently/ team and proactive. Job Descriptions - Prepare and issue monthly / periodically invoices to owners. - Handle all daily collections for invoices issued to owners. - Liaise with and attend to owners’ queries regards of payments, billing, outstanding complaints & etc. - Setup and maintain a proper filling system - Prepare payment to service contractors and other creditors for Building Supervisor checking purpose. - Prepare Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order where necessary. - To handle and carry out overall general office administration duties these include office stationery, inventory and operation equipment. - Any ad-hoc assignment / tasks given by superior time to time
