Job Descriptions - Prepare and issue monthly / periodically invoices to owners. - Handle all daily collections for invoices issued to owners. - Liaise with and attend to owners’ queries regards of payments, billing, outstanding complaints & etc. - Setup and maintain a proper filling system - Prepare payment to service contractors and other creditors for Building Supervisor checking purpose. - Prepare Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order where necessary. - To handle and carry out overall general office administration duties these include office stationery, inventory and operation equipment. - Any ad-hoc assignment / tasks given by superior time to time
