- ** Job Description**:

- Creating project plans for in-house & external events (i.e local & overseas exhibitions, customer visits, distributors' events, company functions)
- Coordinate the organization of events by delivering project activities involving internal departments or external suppliers
- Defining communication plan and coordinating it with the Marketing Team to ensure effective execution
- Coordinating on-site arrangement for events: assisting with negotiation, booking of event space etc.
- Proposing new ideas to improve on event planning and implementation process
- Conducting market research and looking for new opportunities in both local and overseas exhibition in line with the business development and needs
- Preparing reports and maintaining
- Planning and executing marketing promotions and campaigns
- Additional ad-hoc task as assigned by superior
- ** Requirement**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Min 2 - 4 years’ experience either in industrial or commercial industry either in consulting, business development, marketing intelligence or management support as a market research analyst.
- Able to write and speak in fluent English
- Analytical, objective driven, and professional in appearance
- Able to prepare reports and working papers
- Resourceful, independent, hardworking and proactive
- Independent and mature in decision making and able to justify accordingly
- Strong in communication and able to convince a mature crowd
