Store Executive

Tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab : 1. Data stok harian bagi semua bahan dan barangan dikemaskini setiap hari dan dimasukkan di dalam sistem komputer. Data yang dimasukkan di dalam komputer mestilah berdasarkan kepada dokumen pengeluaran dan pemindahan barangan, pemindahan dalaman serta delivery order (DO). Setiap data yang dimasukkan mestilah ada nombor dokumen dan ianya mestilah tepat dan betul. 2. Semua penerimaan barangan samada dari pembekal atau mana-mana kumpulan Ramly hendaklah diperiksa oleh pembantu stor dengan betul dan tepat serta disahkan oleh penyelia stor atau eksekutif stor. Setiap delivery order (DO) mesti ditandatangani oleh Penyelia Stor atau Eksekutif Stor. 3. Menguruskan dan menyusun orang bawahan setiap bulan bagi menjalankan ‘stock take’ dan laporan mesti di siap dan diserahkan kepada Ketua Jabatan sebelum tarikh yang ditetapkan. Keputusan ‘stock take’ mestilah sama dengan stok di dalam komputer. 4. Keadaan keseluruhan di dalam tempat penyimpanan bahan mentah, barang siap (coldroom), dan tempat penyimpanan barang kering serta kawasan sekitarnya hendaklah sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih, kemas dan teratur. 5. Penghantaran semua barangan untuk kegunaan bahagian pengeluaran mestilah mengikut ‘FIFO’ dan betul mengikut kuantiti yang dihantar sama seperti di dalam jadual pengeluaran. Semua barangan yang dihantar mestilah didokumenkan dengan menggunakan borang pemindahan dalaman dan diterima serta disahkan oleh bahagian stor pengeluaran/penyelia pengeluaran, begitu juga sebaliknya. 6. Penyusunan barangan hendaklah mengikut HACCP program dimana bahan mentah tidak boleh dicampur dengan barang siap dan barang kering. Semua penyusunan bahan mentah, barang siap, bahan kering dan barang pembungkusan disusun dengan rapi dan teratur. Bagi memudahkan pengiraan stok, penyusunan berkembar perlu diamalkan. 7. Memastikan ‘buffer’ bahan mentah, barang kering, bahan pembungkusan serta lain-lain barang untuk kegunaan bahagian pengeluaran sentiasa mencukupi. Ini adalah untuk menampung sebarang perubahan jadual pengeluaran yang tidak boleh dielakkan. 8. Sentiasa membimbing kakitangan bawahan dalam menjalankan kerja-kerja stor dengan betul serta memeriksa setiap kemasukan barangan adalah tepat dan betul dan mengamalkan budaya kerja dengan melakukan pemeriksaan kepada forklift (air bateri dan air) sebelum memulakan kerja harian. 9. Membuat pesanan untuk kemasukan barangan dari Desa Tun Razak dan barangan yang tidak dijadualkan di dalam jadual pengeluaran termasuklah palet besi bagi kegunaan bahagian pengeluaran untuk produk siap dan penurunan kontena. 10. Merancang tempat simpanan barang mentah, barang siap dan barang kering untuk kemasukan dengan kontena. 11. Merancang pengambilan barang kering yang disimpan distor spring crest bagi penggunaan bahagian pengeluaran dan kemasukan kontena di sana. 12. Bekerjasama dengan jabatan-jabatan lain untuk merealisasikan matlamat syarikat seperti:
- a) Jabatan kawalan mutu bagi memeriksa bahan-bahan mentah, kering, barang pembungkusan yang dihantar menepati spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. b) Jabatan pengeluaran untuk memastikan semua penghantaran barangan dibuat dengan merekod dalam borang penghantaran dalaman dan dibuat dengan tetap serta pengambilan barangan (return) dan barang siap yang dihasilkan oleh bahagian pengeluaran. c) Jabatan penyelenggaraan untuk memberi maklum balas apa-apa kerosakan untuk tindakan pembaikan bahagian stor. d) Jabatan belian untuk mendapatkan jadual kemasukan barang mentah kering dan basah dari luar negara dan merancang kemasukan kontena bagi menetapkan lokasi penyimpanan dan tarikh turun barangan dari kontena. 13. Pengurusan dan penyeliaan terhadap kakitangan sokongan seperti penyelia dan pekerja am serta kerani stor sekitar 10 orang di dalam bahagian stor/warehouse. Bertanggungjawab sepenuhnya terhadap semua arahan kordinasi dan penilaian unit ini. Melaksanakan tanggungjawab penyeliaan seiring dengan polisi syarikat dan undang-undang berkaitan. Tanggungjawab meliputi temuduga, perlantikan merancang dan membuat lantikan untuk kakitangan, perwakilan kuasa, mengarahkan dan menyelaras kerja dan tugas-tugas subordinate menilai prestasi pekerja, disiplin kakitangan, menyelesaikan komplen dan permasalahan kakitangan di bawah jabatan ini.
