**Primary Job Purpose**:

- Supporting Commercial team in sales related documentations.
- Working with sales team on promotional procedures and implement marketing activities that fuel the company strategic growth.
- Working with sales team on digital marketing platform like social media, B2B websites, tradeshows, marketing materials, design unique selling proposition for individual products, and executing new product launches and promotions.
- Managing Trade Asset Management, including Asset Tracking at customer’s place and warehouse.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Supporting Malaysia local market commercial team in sales related documentations i.e. CAF, trade letters etc.
- Effective execute trade-marketing campaigns including loyalty programs, trade shows, brand building activities, & POP materials etc.
- Campaign planning, implementation and evaluation
- Assisting commercial team on new product launches and product brochures development.
- Works with sales team on in-store marketing activities.
- Drive Digital Marketing by on going optimizing and update of ARYZTA/ Hiestand Social Media like Facebook, Instagram and Website regularly.
- Working with agency on content creation and basic copywriting for all marketing platform.
- Ensure Marketing & Trade Marketing campaigns are fully integrated into online platforms
- Effective Agencies Management by working with internal cross-functional teams and 3rd party agencies, to provide useful market information with good internal understanding & involvement to deliver Projects on time.
- Execute trade promotion for aging products.
- Manage Trade Asset Management
- CAPEX Management
- To provide support services to Marketing and Sales in areas of stock allocation.
- Responsible for Malaysia Trade Asset 100% accuracy & full traceability (Physical location vs Excel tracking vs Equipment agreement).
- To ensure proper internal control on all business processes that related to Trade Asset.
- Ensure all Equipment agreement recorded and filed correctly.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- 3 years related Sales, Marketing or Customer Service experience.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Min Diploma in Marketing, or equivalent.
- Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills, especially MS Office Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.

**Soft Skills and Other Requirements**:

- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Has the ability to work as a part of a multifunctional team.
- Good understanding of Sales and Supply Chain end-to-end process
- Good Business Acumen and Understanding
- Able to work independently

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
