
Executive / Asst. Manager, Facility Management

1. Assist Head of Department and responsible in monitoring, leading & managing which include building services, golf tournament organizers, M&E installations, licenses, contract renewals, etc.
2. Responsible in establishing & timely execute corrective and preventive maintenance schedule also ensuring all M&E equipments are running in optimum performance with minimum unplanned down time.
3. Monitor control measures to minimize breakdowns and unnecessary wastage in implementing the maintenance program.
4. Define, organize, plan and find out the best way of rectification and all requisition from other department completely done as needed.
5. Monitor and ensure that all work by appointed third parties/contractors is carrying out as specified/described in BQ/PO.
6. Monitor and ensure work done comply with government/local authority requirement and standard.
7. Monitor and manage the cost/funding allocated for all work are within the budget.
8. Plan and coordinate major equipment repair and overhauls/replacement.
9. Plan on daily task.
10. Maintaining & testing of 100KvA generator set for the building.
11. Monitor condition of electrical SSB & DB in the building.
12. Respond to emergency calls when directed by company.
13. Complete other related paperwork as directed.
14. Perform building audit, service inspection of all M&E equipments and present recommendation for improvement.
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
