**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- The primary responsibilities are to coordinate, lead, and manage all fundraising activities for the company that align with the company’s direction and objectives;
- Identify and analyse funding opportunities, using financial modelling to combine accounting, finance, and business metrics to predict the potential impact of future events on a company’s performance;
- Responsible for the overall direction and control of all company financial matters such as financial accounting, management accounting, financial planning and internal auditing;
- Works with the CFO/GED to develop a financial plan, negotiate and structure financial details, including developing new income sources from shares, loans etc;
- Support in targeting and winning business;
- Liaise with all parties involved in financial transactions and assist with negotiation;
- Liaise with the company secretary and legal manager on all corporate matters;
- Promotion of Quality Risk thinking;
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND / OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Professional qualification in Finance/Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent;
- Min 5-10 years’ experience in finance tasks, corporate finance and investment banking;
- Strong financial modelling skills, internal control and management reporting system;
- Demonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving;
- Management and leadership abilities;
- Flexible and highly resourceful with the ability to work independently;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Batu Caves: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 1 year (preferred)
- Finance: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
