**Key Responsibilities**:

- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions: Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and other financial activities.
- Prepare balance sheets: Create and maintain balance sheets that provide a snapshot of the company's financial position, including assets, liabilities, and equity.
- Process invoices: Handle the processing of invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable: Maintain records of outstanding payments to be made and received, follow up on overdue invoices, and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Update internal systems with financial data: Input financial data into the company's accounting and finance systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports: Generate financial reports that present the company's financial performance and analyze variances to help make informed business decisions.
- Assist with budget preparation: Collaborate with the finance team to support the preparation of the company's budget, forecast future financial trends, and assist in budget allocation.
- Ad-hoc tasks: Complete any other financial tasks assigned by your superior, which may include participating in special financial projects or analyses.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Finance Executive or in a similar finance/accounting role.
- Proficiency in financial software and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial tools.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
