Duties & Responsibilities: - Plan, organize and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization. - Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecasts. - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including monthly and End-year process - Accounts payable AP/receivable AR - Cash receipts, General ledger, payroll and utilities - Treasury, Budgeting, Cash forecasting - Revenue and expenditure variance analysis - Capital Assets reconciliations - Bank account statement reconciliations, - Fixed asset activity, Credit control & debt activity - Inventory control Management - Monitor and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Coordinate and complete annual audits - Provide recommendations to improve internal systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. - Analyse cost, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. - Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained - Meet financial accounting objectives Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Bac.Degree, Master's Degree in Management Finance/Accountancy, ACCA, LCCI or related field. - Experience in Management Accounting, Auditing or a related field may be preferred. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles. - 5 years of work experience as a Finance / Accounting Manager. - Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent report-writing and communication skills. - Great interpersonal and verbal communication skills - Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software. - Preference Age below < 36 - Full-Time position(s) available * **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Benefits**: - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development Supplemental pay types: - Attendance bonus - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus COVID-19 considerations: Strong in SOP Covid precautions
