**Job Description**:

- Job Overview
Key role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's administration department by providing support and performing various clerical tasks. This role requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

- Accurately input data into computer systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

2. Filing and Documentation:

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Retrieve and distribute documents as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

3. Correspondence and Communication:

- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

4. Scheduling and Calendar Management:

- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Update and maintain departmental calendars.
- Assist in scheduling travel arrangements when required.
