Requirements
- FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma) (Degree) are encouraged to apply.
- SPM Level with minimum 1-2 years customer service/ sale experience
- Must be able to communicate and write well in ENGLISH.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
- **Willing to work on rotational shift basis (including weekends and Public Holiday). Shift Allowance will be provided.**:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling incoming calls and enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
- Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction.
- Always work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
- To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
- Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
