**Our team is constantly expanding, so our office is currently needs an additional specialist to perform the following duties**:
2. Monitor online service orders in the city, process notifications in a timely manner and respond to violations/errors.

3. Make outgoing calls to users to inform them about new features of our loyalty program or promotional offers.

4. Check drivers’ vehicles for compliance with company rules and requirements, vehicle branding.

5. Active participation in promotional campaigns outside the office.

6. Contact local businesses for advertising purposes.

**Requirements**:

- SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field;
- Strong command of English/Bahasa Melayu/Mandarin;
- Customer Service or Sales experience: min. 1 year;
- Pro-active attitude, friendly and outgoing personality;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet).

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
