Job Summary:
Our Advanced Analytics team helps our clients turn purchase behavior into competitive advantage as we measure, explain and advise across a host of services and capabilities.
Collaborate with both Client Service Team and Operation Team to deliver actionable consultancy through our suite of expert solutions.
Ensure long term and sustained revenue growth within Kantar Worldpanel by working to increase the number of clients engaged with Kantar Worldpanel Malaysia Advanced Analytics Solutions.
WHAT'D YOU DO:
- Working closely with Client Service and Advanced Analytics Director to better understand the key objectives and challenges our clients face through reviewing/ attending client presentations internally and externally and running discovery meetings
- Collaborated with OP team to understand what is and isn’t possible with the data (How we ask questions to respondents, design questionnaires, how to build databases most efficiently)
- Managing PanelVoice projects including support on questionnaire writing, scripting link testing, analytical techniques and delivery
- Fully understanding the suite of solutions that Kantar Worldpanel has, and being able to link those to client issues. Challenge client thinking and showing your credibility by offering the best possible recommendations & having the confidence to do so. Create the appropriate Kantar Worldpanel solution and proposal that addresses clients’ requirements
- Drive improvement in awareness, consideration, intent and purchase of COE solutions.
- Keep up to date the library of credentials & ready to use proposals.
- Package and evolve our Advanced Analytics offer to make it more consistent and easier to sell through teasers, and supporting material for CS team & work closely with the Regional Advanced Analytics team to create the best methodological approach and proposal.
- Researching our competitors approach, and strengths and weaknesses of their offer
- Pitching thoughts, preparing proposals and closing leads
- Be ready to work with a range of client functions from sales teams to insight teams and even board-level
- Help deliver data and astute presentations with insights/ recommendations that sharply meet the objectives of the brief and applicable to clients’ business
- Join Advanced Analytics academy once in a year.
WHAT'D YOU BRING:
- Master/ Bachelor degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Trade or Business Administration
- 3-6 Years solid customized market research experience in Marketing - ideally in FMCG industry
- Excellent client servicing skills with the ability to build relationships and act assertively and challenge when necessary
- Strong numerical and analytical skills which can be applied in a commercial context
- Articulate and credible written and verbal communication skills, including excellent presentation and problem solving skills.
- Well organized with strong level of time management and the ability to manage and plan effectively the workload for own and a small team.
- Strong desire to motivate and develop others
- Confidence to think outside of the box and express your own opinions to challenge client thinking credibly.
